Upstairs there is a private terrace with sea view, equipped with loungers for sunbathing and sofas to relax in an unforgettable setting.

The "Acqua suite" is soundproofed and equipped with every comfort: work area with desk, balcony with sea view, private terrace with sea view, private bathroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, HD TV, heating, fridge, kitchenette and hairdryer .

From € 100.00 in low season to € 250.00 in high season in a double room. In this house there is the possibility of adding a cot in the living area on the lower floor, the cost for each additional bed is € 35.00 per day.

Non-refundable rate: by booking at least one month in advance, you can take advantage of a discounted rate of 10% by paying the full amount at the time of booking and it is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Holiday home rate: it is possible to discount the standard rate of 15% by choosing the holiday home formula. This rate does not include breakfast and daily cleaning but includes all expenses and consumptions and final cleaning.
