The Barca

The "Barca" dwelling is located on the ground floor and consists of 2 rooms: double bedroom and living area with sofa and private bathroom.

"Barca room" is an environment of about 25 square meters. with the characteristic barrel vaults in exposed stone and can accommodate 2 people. The bright and welcoming rooms are furnished with style. This house is soundproofed and equipped with every comfort: work area with desk, private bathroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, HD TV, heating, fridge and hairdryer. This house has access to the equipped terrace overlooking the sea in common with the other two rooms called "Vela and Gabbiano".

From € 80.00 in low season to € 180.00 in high season in a double room. In this house there is the possibility of adding a cot in the living area, the cost for the extra bed is € 25.00 per day.

Non-refundable rate: by booking at least one month in advance, you can take advantage of a discounted rate of 10% by paying the full amount at the time of booking and it is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Tourist tax per person, per day € 2.00, It does not apply from the eighth day onwards and for children under 14 years.
